In this Superfood Overnight Oats we include a few superfoods like chia seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and coconut.

Superfood Overnight Oats
Ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
2 cups of plant based milk
2 tbs chia seeds
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp almond extract (optional)
3-4 dates, chopped
Maple syrup (optional)
Garnish
Desicatted coconut
Pumpkin seeds
Raw cacao nibs
Hemp seeds
In a mason jar or container add oats, milk, chai seeds,pumpkin seeds, almond extract, dates, and maple syrup. Stir well, cover and let sit overnight. When serving top with coconut, pumpkin seeds, cacao, and hemp seeds. This serves two.
