Papaya Boats are a quick beautiful breakfast idea or something to have during any part of the day. These boats showcase papaya fruit which has an amazing list of benefits. Papayas contain an enzyme called papain that aids digestion. Papaya is also high in fiber and water content, both of which help to prevent constipation and promote regularity and a healthy digestive tract.
