Golden Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
½ cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
Tiny dish salt
½ tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp agave
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger powder
Directions:
Mix chia seeds and milk ingredients together, and let them rest for few moments stirring with a fork every five minutes or so . At first, it’ll seem far too liquidy, but over the course of 30 minutes, the chia seeds will,l plump up, till the pudding resembles tapioca pudding. Add the rest of the ingredients, adding more agave to desired sweetness. Top with cinnamon
Blueberry smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp cacao powder
2-3 dates
Splash almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Final assembly:
Add chia pudding in a bowl followed by blueberry smooth. Garnish with cacao nibs and shredded coconut.
