Last year at Seed Food and Wine I discovered the Nutramilk. It is a high powered blender that is specifically designed for transforming nuts, seeds and fruit into compound butters and spreads, and then transforming the same ingredients into flavored milks. No nut bag or straining necessary! If you know me I prefer to make everything from scratch especially nut milk or nut butter. That is because there is no comparison in the quality. So when I discovered the Nutramilk it definitely went on the most wanted list.
I honestly through the power of attraction I was able to draw one my way. I won a giveaway at Blog Her Health that allowed me to add the Nutra Milk blender to my arsenal. INSERT HAPPY DANCE.
I recently had the opportunity to collaborate with the Nutramilk to team to share one of my recipes. I put a Haitian twist on traditional almond butter. Let me introduce you to my Haitian Spicy Mamba Almond Butter. This deliciously spicy spread that pairs perfectly with apple slices or the veggie of your choice for a Wednesday afternoon snack. A little kick goes a long way.
