Raw Ginger Pomegranate Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

2/3 C Raw Cacao
1/3 C Melted Coconut oil
½ C Liquid Sweetner of Your Choice
2 Tbs of fresh grated ginger
1 pomegranate
½ tsp sea salt

Measure out coconut oil into a glass container. Place in large bowl of warm water to bring coconut oil to liquid state. Once in a liquid state in a bowl mix raw cacao, coconut oil, and liquid sweetener. Mix in grated ginger. Line a pan with parchment paper and spread mixture in the pan. Take pomegranate spread evenly of cacao mixture and push gently into mixture. Sprinkle salt over mixture. Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove and break into pieces. Enjoy. To store place in fridge in an airtight container
